Aims and Scope

The journal of Cereal Biotechnology and Biochemistry (CBB) is an open-access peer-reviewed quarterly journal in Persian (with English extended abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the field of cereal biotechnology and biochemistry, published by Razi University and Iranian Seed Scientific Association. The journal of Cereal Biotechnology and Biochemistry (CBB) accepts research articles arranged as original articles, short communication, and reports, and review papers prepared in all aspects of biotechnology and biochemistry in cereal and pseudo-cereal research and related sciences. Papers on subjects such as molecular markers, tissue and cell culture, genetic engineering, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, structure, and physicochemical properties of valued nutritional components of cereal grains, including polysaccharides, proteins, oils, enzymes, vitamins and minerals of cereal and pseudo-cereal grains and similar topics are accepted for review and publication. It is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original research papers, review papers, and short papers, considering the research ethics and academic rules and regulations.
